The first KFC opened in Romania in 1997, and currently the chain has over 100 restaurants in Bucharest and other large and medium cities in the country. KFC is also present in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, with three restaurants, as well as in Italy, with 18 units.
Pizza Hut is the first brand we brought to Romania. The opening of the Pizza Hut unit on Calea Dorobantilor, Bucharest, in 1994, also marked the entry on the Romanian market of the first international restaurant brand. Since then, the Pizza Hut network has expanded, today being present in over 9 cities, with 30 restaurants.
Taco Bell's Mexican-inspired products made their way onto the Romanian market in October 2017, when we opened our first restaurant in Bucharest. Now, the network consists of 16 units in major cities in the country, such as Constanta, Cluj or Brasov.
Sphera Franchise Group opened, in June 2025, in Riccione, Italia, its first Cioccolatitaliani store, an Italian premium brand of coffee, gelato, and pastry. Cioccolatitaliani is known for its commitment to high quality ingredients, including Fino de Aroma – one of the rarest and most appreciated cocoa varieties in the world.
